Certainly! The course is structured in such a way that, in addition to studying information, you will complete tasks and, right during training, introduce new knowledge into your life, and thus change your eating habits. In addition to the main tasks, the course includes tasks that will be awarded points for the best results in the team and individual competition. These points can be exchanged for gifts. This is additional motivation to complete tasks and achieve results.
All lessons will be recorded, and you can watch them at any time that is convenient for you. Tasks will take 5-30 minutes.
Each course participant will have access to an online platform where lessons will be published according to the schedule. Additional materials will also be located there: guides, questionnaires, notes. Some lessons contain homework.
